Introduction to Expekt
Expekt is a European online betting company with more than 1.8 million registered customers. They offer sports betting, poker, casino games and bingo, as well as pool betting on Supertoto and Superscore.
Formed in 1999 they were one of the pioneers of online sports betting and are particularly popular in Nordic countries and Poland.
Not exactly a household name in the UK, how do they compare to other Online Bookmakers?
This review of Expekt will cover:
Selection of Games – Expekt
As mentioned above, Expekt offer a range of different bettng options, including a Casino and Poker site. But in this review we will be looking at their Sports Betting options.
As you might expect from a company covering the whole of Europe there are a lot of betting options at Expekt.
For Football betting, for example, you can easily access all the days games in all the main European leagues. For UK customers who mainly bet on the Premier League or SPL it might seem strange that these options aren’t always the top ones highlighted.
But if you take an interest in European games and like to have a bet on them then this site will give you all the options you need.
They have a good selection of types of bet, too. With scorers, handicaps, total goals, etc all easily accessible for every featured match.
They offer bets on most sports including NHL and NFL games from the US.
One notable absence, however is betting options for Horse Racing and Greyhounds. It seems that the European audience aren’t that bothered in these popular UK pursuits.
If you do like a bet on the Horses, try this free Horse Racing Tips service (shameless plug, I know).
Payment Methods – Expekt
Expekt take all major payment methods as well as Bank Transfers.
All major Credit and Debit cards, Netteller, Skrill and PaySafe are all supported on Expekt.
Unusuall their minimum despoit is £8.
This is lower than the average so a good option if you have an odd amount in your account that you want to play with.
Welcome Bonus – Expekt
Expekt offer a different range of Welcome Bonuses for each of their betting sites. And they change the offers fairly often.
So it is worth checking them out to see what their current option is.
As of the time of writing of this article (11th Nov 2018) they are offering £20 in Free Bets for every new customer.
Any bonus from the Sports Betting site must be wagered 6 times on a selection where the odds are 2.0 or better and where there are at least three outcomes.
If you want to find out more about how these bonuses work then you can read our article on Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions.
Ongoing Promotions – Expekt
Expekt offer a range of Sports Betting promotions every day. From the ever-popular Odds Boost and a Multi+ Bet option where you can earn 100% bonus on your accumulators.
They have special offers for specific events and matches and have ther own VIP program.
They also run a refer-a-friend scheme where you get a special gift when you refer a new player to them.
Certainly a lot of options to keep you interested and boost your potential winnings.
Customer Service Options – Expekt
Expekt have a good Frequently Asked Questions page, which mat mean you don’t need to contact them at all if you have a query or a problem.
If you do need to contact them the options are either by email or by Live Chat. The Live Chat operates between 10am and 11pm Central European Time.
They are committed to delivering great customer service and aim to get back to players as quickly as possible.
Summary & Rating – Expekt
Expekt Sports Betting site is more popular in Europe than it is in the UK. However if you are looking for a new betting site to play with, then you should give them a look.
They have all the bets and offers you could possibly want. Unless, of course, you want to bet on Horse Racing or Greyhounds which don’t seem to be covered.
So I would definitely recommend them for Football, Tennis, Golf and other General Sports events betting across Europe (and in the USA).
