Casino Review – Supercasino

Introduction to Supercasino

You have probably heard of Supercasino. They have been broadcasting Live Dealer roulette on Channel 5 through the nights for many years until recently.

Part of the NetPlay group of Casinos, they have a big reputation and a popular brand.

But are they only any good for roulette?

We will check out the following areas of Supercasino:

• Selection of Games

• Payment Methods

• Welcome Bonus

• Ongoing Promotions

• Customer Service Options

• Summary and Rating

Selection of Games – Supercasino

Supercasino became, as mentioned, famous in the UK for offering televised Live Dealer Casino on Channel 5. So as you might expect, their home page Is pretty well geared towards Live Roulette.

However, they have a great selection of new and classic slots. With all the favourites their including, Gladiator, White King and Jackpot Giant.

They also have Blackjack, Video Poker and hand-picked Vegas style games.

So a top selection of games to play for those of us who aren’t that keen on roulette.

Payment Methods – Supercasino

Supercasino accept all the major debit and credit cards as well as Netteller, Skrill, Entropay and Paysafe cards.

So, plenty of options for depositing and withdrawing.

Withdrawals take the usual 2-3 working days to receive.

Welcome Bonus – Supercasino

Update (27th April 2019) – Supercasino have paused their welcome bonus as described below.

We recommend their sister site, Jackpot247, who still offer the same Welcome Bonus as described below.

Supercasinos Welcome Bonus is pretty enticing. They are currently offering a 200% match bonus of up to £200.

So if you deposit £100 you get a £100 to match your deposit and another £100 on top of that. So you’d have £300 to play with.

This is pretty generous.

The Wagering Requirement is 25x the deposit and bonus amount. If this sounds like gibberish to you then check out our article explaining the terms of Casino bonuses.

Basically, 25x isn’t too bad for Casinos but the fact that it is on the Deposit AND the Bonus means it takes twice as much betting to hit the wagering requirement.

Still a pretty attractive offer, though.

Ongoing Promotions – Supercasino

Like most Casinos, Supercasino run ongoing promotions and competitions. They have a Presenter Pick of The Week promotion and weekly “Shout-Outs” which give bonuses for specific games.

They also periodically run give-aways which feature Trips to Las Vegas and prizes like x-Boxes and Mobile Phones.

The ones featured on their site, though seem quite old so I’m not sure how often these come up.

So a few incentives to keep things interesting for you every week.

Customer Service Options – Supercasino

Supercasino can be contacted by phone email and live chat, which is a good selection of Customer Service Options.

Best of all, as they operate into the early hours of the morning live on Channel 5, the contact options are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Which is really exceptional.

They also have a good FAQ section which features the main topics that your query may be about.

Summary & Rating – Supercasino

Supercasino is a brand I was aware of from their live roulette on Channel 5 in the UK. Not being a big roulette fan, I had never investigated any further than that.

I assumed they would be focused on just roulette but actually they have a great range of a ll the slots and table games you could ask for.

Their Welcome Bonus is suspended at the moment, but they offer some incentives and competitions through the months to keep you interested.

I was pleasantly surprised by Supercasino and have no problems in recommending them.

You should go and check them out.
